We do have on-sight designers that are able to assist with creating artwork or running through specifications so please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be glad to help.
Below are a list of ‘specifications’ to take in to consideration when supplying us with artwork.
Before proceeding on any job, we provide all customers with a proof of their artwork. However prior to this our print & embroidery specialists will have a look at your design and if we notice any issues we will get in touch.
When you are happy with the proofs that we provided, then we will proceed to commence on your order.
When you’re sending in artwork it is always best to issue us with the best quality version that you have to enable us the best opportunity in providing you best possible outcome. However, we will be in touch to discuss design options, if there are any issues with the initial.
To achieve the best quality artwork, we do ask customers to provide their designs as a vectored image and this is preferred in AS, AI EPS, PDF, JPEG files.
We use the latest Barudan Embroidery machines with Madeira threads therefore you if you know your colour codes for colours from your design. If you could please let us know when placing your order.
When we send your design off for preparation we do place all orders through a colour matching period.
Dependant on your file choice, you will have to let us know whether you require the background image on your selected Printed / Embroidered art-work. When placing your order you have a notes section and if you could kindly let us know and one of our team will be touch.
When you’re using certain programmes they do allow you to remove backgrounds from the image so you do also have the option of saving it in the correct format to save time.

Set Up Charges (£15.00)
If you are a return customer and wish to use a same logo that you have used with us then the fee shall be removed, or refunded.
High Stitch Surcharge*
You will be charged the basic embroidery rate, therefore, if your art-work then falls into the High-Stitch category then an additional payment shall then be requested from you.
