How Your Price Is Broken Down
When purchasing products from us, you price will be broken down in to three process, which are as follows:
1. Garment Pricing
The price without any embellishment (embroidery & print), will be the base price you see on any product.
Remember, the more you order of a particular product will ultimately bring the cost down per garment.
There will be a ‘Quantity x Price Graph’ provided per product, so you will be able to see the breakdown and your saving.
*Please note this only comes to effect on a singular item. Selecting different products to your order does not count towards the price breakdown.’
2. Embellishment Charges (Customisation)
The Embellishment Charge, is the cost of applying one of or both: Embroidery or Print. The Customisation is not included to the base price of a product, and is added on to your garment cost. Therefore for example on a single garment. If you decide on proceeding with 2 embroidered logo’s in 2 different positions. Then there will be 2 x embroidery embellishment charges; these will automatically be added to your cart as additional charges in the 1-6 quantity bracket.

If you decide to purchase 50 garments printed with Print Application A, and 100 Print Application B, you will pay for the embellishment’s separate (As Follows):
Print Application A you will be charged for 50-99 Quantity Bracket and Print Application B you would be charged from the 100-249 Bracket (i.e. 50 Garments X £3.00 + 100 Garments X £1.65).
However if you decide on proceeding with 75 garments to be printed with Print Application A then you will just pay for one application charge from the 50-99 Bracket
- If you select the print option, our design team will choose the application method to deliver the overall best outcomes to meet all of your customer needs.
2. Some designs occasionally extremely large so please remember any design above 20,000 stitches mark.
Therefore, you will be contacted for further payment. Please note, the order will not be processed until payment has been made. (The reason for the additional payment is owing to the added time that it would take to complete an embellishment and the further cost of increased usage of thread).
3. Artwork Set-Up Fee's
Embroidery:
Logo Set-Up Fee: £15.00. This is a one off fee for a particular design, no set up charge for repeat usage. It will also cover any additional costs to us whilst we run a sample to make sure you’re happy with the design for embellishment.
Embroidered Text: £3.00. This is an additional cost to allow us to produce the embroidered text that you have provided.
Print:
Logo Set-Up Fee: £25.00. This is a one off fee for a particular design, no set up charge for repeat usage. It will also cover any additional costs to us whilst we run a sample to make sure you’re happy with the design for embellishment.
Printed Text: £3.00. This is an additional cost to allow us to produce the embroidered text that you have provided.
Optional Extras:
Individual Bagging or Tagging of your items – £0.40p per garment
Upon Checkout, you will have the added option of applying a tag or bag to each of your garments.
If choose to proceed with this action, then your purchased products will be neatly placed into a delivery box together.
Samples:
If you are unsure of your product choices and what sizes that you will need. You have the option of purchasing sample prior purchasing entire orders with embellishments as this will in return mean you are no longer guaranteed for a return or refund if they are the wrong size, etc.
Unfortunately our suppliers do not provide free samples to us, so you will need to process a order as a plain garment – you can be refunded on this or return for a alternative product if you choose this route.
*Please note, that we all in cases have the rights to review all returns of samples. If you are unable to provide an invoice or reference, then we will not be able to offer you a refund.
Substitutions (If your selected garment is out of stock)
We work alongside the largest Workwear providers in the UK therefore your item of first choice will usually always be in stock with one of them. However, on the basis that item is unavailable or discontinued then we will get in contact to discuss alternative options. As this may alter the price slightly*
Our Price Match Guarantee
We always look to price match to our competitors, however on the basis that our price is more than a different supplier.
If you could please provide us with some information:
- Price match – only available on embellished garments (not on plain garments)
- Price match – available when contacting us prior to placing your order
- We only match on standard prices not any special offers and from companies retailing inside of the UK.
- Price match – only available against other suppliers on the same products
- The stock must be available from one of our suppliers, we will not pre-order
- We reserve the rights to refuse an order.
2. Include, the item name, the product code, and where you spotted the product.
3. With this information, we will search for the other company whilst also scanning other companies to see if we beat the price you have found.
