At Essential Custom Clothing, we offer a variety of delivery options; this is dependant on the item’s that you have selected and whether your garments require our customisation services.
All Customer orders are placed on a ‘Next-Day Service’, which offers all purchases on goods will be delivered the day after they have been collected from our courier. For example; if the goods leave Essential Custom Clothing’s warehouse on Monday, then they be delivered (received) by Tuesday – This is for UK Mainland shipments only, please see our International Information listed below.
Please note* if you purchase through our Express or Economy Service then we will expedite the processing and production for your order.
Plain Items or Sample Shipment
Orders that are placed with us, and do not require any customisation then these will be despatched within 3 working days.

Delivery Options
Economy
10 to 14 Working Days
Our current standard turnaround time for personalised clothing is 10-14 working days.
Cost: £6.99 (inc VAT)
Express
Approximately 5-8 Working Days
If you need your garments quickly then the Express option is probably for you.
We’ll produce and dispatch the items to you within 5 working days.
Cost: £6.99 + £2.15 per garment (inc VAT)
Information On Our Delivery Packages
Our Premium service offers customers the option of having the goods leave us within a 24-72 hour period, meaning if you place your order Monday before 16:00pm, then they would be received by noon Friday.
All production and shipping timeframe(s) are subject* to your approval of your artwork (embroidery or print), which will be sent via email. To receive your garments in your requested service then it’s important that you approve the artwork as soon as you receive the email – any delays in doing so could lead to garments being shipped late.
Please note* at our peak production times the Express and Premium services may not always be available.
Tracking Your Parcel
All UK deliveries are made by our delivery courier (FedEx); when we ship your parcel you will receive an email from them with a consignment number which will enable you to live track your parcel and your delivery time slot will become accessible on the day of delivery.
Oversea Shipment Charges
VAT will be issued to all delivery destinations; this can be reaccredited back to you and a new invoice will be issued upon approval/confirmation that the goods are being shipped out of the UK.

Duty Payments:
Products delivered to International Destinations may be subject to further, taxes, fees, levies or other charges which imposed by a countries local legislation. The recipient of the products are responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import and will be required* to pay any additional charges, such as; import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and any other charges. The recipient of the goods (not the person who’s ordered them) will receive a separate request for payment of these charges – before the goods are despatched.
If you’re ordering garments for someone else then please make sure that they are aware that they will be responsible for these extra additional charges. From experience, we would advise you checking the import charges for your selected destination prior to placing your order.
